Textbooks

Textbooks for the courses offered by UMD are provided to the students at no additional charge. The textbooks used in the classes taught by British faculty members hired by the programme belong to the programme and must be returned at the end of the semester.

Textbooks are not provided for Selly Oak courses. British students typically do not buy textbooks, but rely on library resources for their reading assignments. UMD students taking Selly Oak courses will be expected to do the same, or to purchase themselves whatever written materials are needed for these courses.
