Welcome to the UMD International Club Website!
The International Club is a student organization which provides all students of the University of Minnesota Duluth with the opportunity of better understanding within different cultures. It first started in the early 1950s with just a few members . Currently, there are more than 304 international students, undergraduates and graduates studying at UMD and more than 40 countries are represented.
The club offers numerous activities throughout the year such as biking, hiking, dancing, camping, etc. Apart from that, there are two big events annually. One is the Taste of UMD, which occurs during fall semester. At this event, international students make their finest cuisines from their countries and share them with the UMD students and the community.
The other one is called Feast of Nations, which takes place in the spring semester. Feast of Nation is a night full of festivities, such as international cuisines and numerous performances by international students. Both of the events are among the most popular events in UMD and attract lots of students and faculties.
