World Consumer Lifestyles Databook

"Collection of statistical data, presented in tables, features detailed statistics on the lifestyles of consumers in 71 countries. Consumers are grouped by their income; household profiles; eating, drinking, and smoking habits; home ownership; and education. The three main sections are "Rankings," "Cross-Country Comparisons," and "Country Data." The comparative world rankings and cross-country sections present standardized data for all 71 countries, and the country-specific section covers the data in greater detail. Coverage is generally for 1990 to 2000, and tables often display the full 11-year time-series to enable the monitoring of trends." *
