Unit #2:

• Chapters 18-21 (pp 237-272) in:
  Gass & Priest (1997) Effective Leadership in Adventure Programming.
• Assigned readings on reserve in the library.

Unit #3:

• Chapters 14, 15, & 17 in: Gass & Priest (1997) Effective Leadership in Adventure Programming.
• We will be discussing and practicing principles of group dynamics including those aspects that foster group cohesiveness. Your job is to understand the principles and practices outlined in the 3 chapters of your readings so that we can then apply them.
