Below is a list of video-movies of yourself and your collegues. Open the file using Quicktime (ideally) or else Windows Media Player.

Review the movie and observe for the following:

1. Over all principles of paddling (posture; stability; torso rotation)
2. Specific Stroke: (Key components correct? Is the stroke fluid? Is it being properly linked with either preparatory or follow-through strokes?)
3. Boat control: (Are the paddlers working in unison? Is the boat being controlled for the intended route/task? Is the boat controlled for the environmental conditions - wind, waves, etc.?)
