Kathy Goes to Budapest, Hungary...October 20-29, 2003

Kathy recently returned from a trip to Budapest with her folks, Marilyn and Jim, and her friend, Tina. Here is a sample of some of the sights and sounds from the trip! OK, no "sounds" but we did take all this photos ourselves......

This is the Chain Bridge, one of four in Budapest that crosses the river and joins "Buda" with "Pest"

We stayed at the Hotel Carlton on the Buda side of the Danube River. The weather was a bit chillier than usual but being from Minnesota we were ready for this.

We took a day trip to the "Danube Bend" outside Budapest.....

We spent alot of time walking....and on Bridges; we were also followed... (note man with video cam)

Tina also saw many sites...as did Kathy

We saw beautiful buildings, as well as scenery and wildlife...

Most of all, we had fun together!!
