One federal judge ruled that the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority Web site is inaccessible and in violation of ADA. Another federal judge ruled that ADA doesn't cover the Web in regard to the case against the Southwest Airline's Web site. It will be interesting to watch the courts and see what the final(?) decision will be.
