| Our primary missions
are to promote safe skiing and snowboarding attitudes to the public, and
to provide emergency rescue and medical services to injured skiers and snowboarders
at the Lutsen Mountains Ski Resort. If you like skiing or snow-boarding and enjoy
helping people, we invite you to consider becoming a National Ski Patroller with
the Lutsen Mountains Ski Patrol. Interested? Please click here to fill out an application. We're also a fun group, and have a good time raising money to help support our training costs by selling bratwurst at Grand Marais' annual Fisherman's Picnic. |

A great time was had by patrollers and customers alike at the 2009 Fisherman's
Picnic, July 30th - August 2nd. The corn-on-the-cob, and the secret recipe
cooked-onion brat marinade were really big hits. A special
thank-you to Steve Teske, Barry Bell, and Ron Sluka, for the many hours
they put in at the brat stand and in preparation. Thanks also to the
other patrollers who helped make this fund raiser another huge success!
