MAPL: Where new leaders of our advocacy community emerge.

Students are required to complete two internships (one for 2 credits and the other for 3 credits) during their enrollment in the MAPL Program. The internships are arranged at the convenience of the sponsoring organization and the student. They least 45 hours per credit of involvement between the organization and the student. Each internship requires a capstone paper, evaluated by the Internship Coordinator, Jennifer Imsande, describing what the student has learned in advocating for policy change.
