    MAPL offers 7-9 MAPL classes on 11 different weekends each semester, as well as summer elective courses (MAPL 5307 and MAPL 5308) and internships. MAPL electives are offered to any student, however, core MAPL courses and internships (MAPL 6xxx) are available to MAPL students only.

    To facilitate your planning, here are the MAPL class dates for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Semesters:

    • September 1 - Last day to register before late fees


    • September 5-6 MAPL Classes Begin
    • September 12-13
    • September 26-27
    • October 3-4
    • October 17-18
    • October 24-25
    • November 7-8
    • November 14-15
    • November 21-22
    • December 5-6
    • December 12-13 Last Weekend of MAPL Classes


    • 4-6pm, Dec. 13 - Dinner for Cohort 6
    		 Spring 2009
    • January 19 - Last day to register before late fees


    • January 23-24 MAPL Classes Begin
    • January 30-31
    • February 13-14
    • February 20-24
    • March 6-7
    • March 13-14 - Annual MAPL Sat. Spring Break Pizza Party
    • March 27-28
    • April 3-4
    • April 17-18
    • April 24-25
    • May 1-2
      • tentative snow day make-up
    • May 8-9 Last Weekend of MAPL Classes


    • 7pm, May 14 - tentative date for UMD Graduate Commencement, Romano Gymnasium (not at DECC)


    • Noon-2pm, May 15 - tentative date for MAPL Graduation Celebration for Cohorts 6 and 7.
