Romilda Justilien is a Program Associate with BCT Partners LLC., a national consulting firm in Newark, New Jersey. She is a first generation American from Little Haiti, Miami, Florida. Her current portfolio includes offering technical assistance to Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Forward Promise grantees around Boys and Men of Color (BMOC) initiatives and providing research support to inform Northwest Area Foundation’s grantmaking around African American wealth building strategies in the Northwest region.

Romilda has contributed to multiple strategic diversity and multicultural efforts with PolicyLink, the University of Minnesota, the Florida Senate, and the Twin Cities African American Leadership Forum. She is passionate about place-based and culturally competent social services that address mental health, family support; and community development. Her expertise lies in research, policy analysis, project management, and strategy development that advance social equity in national projects and local initiatives in the government, non- profit, and philanthropic sector. She obtained her Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Bachelors in Family Science from the University of Florida.
