Steve Grant is the builder of new homes, having 20 years of experience. Steve works closely with the home buyers in the planning, pricing and building of their new homes.
Most of the subcontractors who provide the various specialized expertise on building the homes have been providing such services to Steve for many years. In some cases, close to 40 years due to the fact that Steve's father, Marlin Grant, had previously been the owner of Marvin H. Anderson Construction Co. for 40 years. Because of this excellent working relationship with many construction contractors and suppliers, Steve has experience with and access to the most honest and trusted contractors and suppliers.
