Caldecott Honor
Owned by the UMD Library
The Caldecott Medal is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association, to the artist of the most distinguished American Picture Book for Children published in the United States during the preceding year. The artist must be a citizen or resident of the United States, whether or not the artist is the author of the text. The award information was retrieved from Caldecott Award website.
