Segment Center of Mass Location:

Enter Segment Endpoint Coordinates into a spreadsheet arranged something like the illustration below. Add a column which has segmental length percents. Then using the formula described in the lab, determine each segment's center of mass location.

NOTE: The trunk segment is defined as running from the midpoints between hips and shoulders. So for example, the mid-hip position has X coordinate of (58 + 87)/2 and Y coordinate of (267 + 257)/2. The mid-shoulder coordinates are (60 + 72)/2 and (155 + 149)/2 respectively.
