GOALS
This assignment will give you practice writing a professional-level résumé and cover letter, ideally one you can use or adapt later for advancement on your career path.
ASSIGNMENT
You will prepare a résumé and cover letter reflecting your actual abilities and experiences up to this point. The cover letter should be addressed to a specific prospective employer. Follow the length and style conventions of your chosen field. Maintain a "you attitude" and do not embellish. Do not use a template provided by your word processor; design your own document. Do not turn in a résumé formatted for online use.
SCORING NOTE
To reflect the extent to which recruiters demand technical accuracy, completed assignments with more than three mechanical errors will receive a score of zero.
