Magic happens when both the facilitator and the client(s) get in to the “zone”. The learning and subsequent impact causes deep and meaningful change. Magic needs the best of all parties, in the moment, for this level of change to occur.

  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Suzanne has worked with leaders for over 20 years to acknowledge strengths and diffuse weaknesses that could derail their success. The work is done in the context of Executive Coaching and Leadership Training . Areas of focus include competencies and skills but the real difference in her work is often attributed to working with aspects of character and commitment.

  • SUCCESSION PLANNING

In addition to developing a comprehensive Succession Planning Process, Suzanne has worked with identifying and developing high talent contributors for future leadership positions. She has also helped to develop criteria from which to assess all the leaders within an organization.

  • CULTURE CHANGE

Organization culture lags behind strategy and yet it is the right culture with it's aligned values and expectations that will ultimately achieve the strategic goals of any organization. Suzanne has worked with organizations to identify which parts of the current culture will drive towards the organization's goals and which will be obstacles. She then helps leaders to set up a system to further emphasize needed cultural expectations and diffuse those that are counter productive.
