ST CLOUD -  Western Region's first Roundtable Meeting of the 2002-2003 season was held on Nov 13, 2002, at O'Hara's Brew Pub & Restaurant.  The primary mission of the Roundtable meetings is to improve the accessibility of WR Officers to local patrollers in an informal setting.  Secondarily, Roundtables allow officers a better opportunity to discuss Region business topics in a more relaxed and leisurely pace and get immediate feedback from attendees.
