WABASHA - The Testing and Training Clinic held at Coffee Mill on 12/21/03 was a huge success and lots of fun! Coffee Mill had nine patrollers involved in the clinic and all were required to show their talents in a series of ski proficiency exercises lead by Coffee Mill's Roger Skugrud. Roger, of course, is not in the picture. He was out skiing. He rarely leaves the slopes for any reason! From the presentation, I think Jeff Gullickson received a favorable impression that Coffee Mill is doing a great job of training their candidates. Jeff and Wes Van Nurden lead the toboggan exercises and offered some very educational advice, which will be incorporated in our candidate toboggan training.
