Senior Hill Pre-course a big success at Coffee Mill

WABASHA - Coffee Mill hosted a Senior Hill Pre-course on Saturday, January 15. Although the temperature was a cool -7F, Jane Mausser, Region Proficiency Supervisor, and all the participants were very warm and gracious in their assessments of Coffee Mill. Some of our guests included Tom Gray, Western Region Director, Deb Endley, Central Division OEC Supervisor, John Thomas, Assistant Region Director, our own Region Training Supervisor Wes Van Nurden, and examiners, apprentice examiners, and Senior candidates from several Region ski areas. Jane's staff worked the candidates pretty hard and with good results. Most of the candidates stuck right with them, and I overheard a couple say they learned a lot and were glad they came.
