ROCHESTER
- The Hiawatha Nordic Ski Patrol provided medical support for the
Rochester Optimist's Frozen Goose Relays on Feb. 5th as part of our
public service program. The annual event consists of about
a 5K run through suburban streets, 5K of cross country skiing, and 3K
of snow shoeing at Eastwood Golf Course. Entrants can do all 3
legs of the race or teams can have a different member for each leg of
the event. This is a fun event for everyone: spectators, participants,
