DULUTH - The Western Region Fall Meeting and Awards Banquet was hosted by the Spirit Mountain Ski Patrol the weekend of Sept 22, 2006. The weekend included a BOG meeting Friday evening, a "State of the NSP" presentation by Tom Gray, a day of classes, and the banquet.  Between the activities, there was ample time for patroller's to renew friendships.  - Bob Hart, Newsline Editor
