  • All of the continuing education programs offered by the NSP are very worthwhile. Certainly two of the most significant are the Senior Patroller and Certified Patroller programs.

Most likely every patroller has wondered at one time or another what all is involved with earning the NSP Senior certification. Do you want to find out? Click here. Have you wondered what the performance evaluation criteria are? You might be pleasantly surprised to learn how straightforward the criteria are. Click on the links in the W.R. Senior Emergency Management, Senior Alpine Ski & Toboggan, or Senior Nordic sections below for information and the related forms.

You can do it. You really can. Don't think so? Don't sweat the evaluation! Look at it from the positive side. Your skiing, toboggan handling, and OEC skills are bound to improve simply by participating in the training sessions! Before you say "no", please take a look at the information we've provided through the links on this page. "Okay, I'm interested. What are the steps?"
