Notice of Election

For Section Chief in Sections 1, 4 and 6

Tony Anthonisen, Section Chief for Section 6 has sent a letter of resignation, and this has prompted a special election and notice for his position. He has two (2) years remaining in his existing term. Hopefully this can be accommodated in the same time frame and schedule as the already scheduled election for Section Chiefs in Sections 1 and 4.

We will hold an election to fill these positions. The qualifications for Section Chief are listed in Section 6.4.2 of the NSP Policies and Procedures and will be conducted in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Central Division Policies and Procedures. The time frame for this election will be as follows:

• Interested candidates notify Tom Gray by May 1st
• Candidate information returned and ballots mailed by May 15th
• Ballots returned by June 1st
• Election results announced June 15th
