NATIONAL SKI PATROL

NSP Governance Changes Important to You

According to NSP's Bylaws, certain Bylaw changes must be approved by the members before they can become official bylaw changes. Your Board, and many other members including the recent candidates group, have spent countless hours over the last several months developing these proposals which are hereby presented to you for your review and consideration. You will be able to vote upon these items in the near future. By posting these proposed changes on our website in the members section, your Board is giving you the opportunity to review these proposed changes before they are sent to you for a vote. The proposed changes are available in the member section of the website as a downloadable pdf file. Member login is required. Once you've logged in, look for the link to Member News under Member Services.

In addition to Bylaw changes, the NSP website http://www.nsp.org contains information about recently adopted mission and vision statements, recent management changes, and a call for a member to serve on the board nominating committee.
