NATIONAL SKI PATROL

Official NSP By-laws Ballot and Information

Paragraph 13.1 of our current bylaws set forth, in part, that any changes to the board nominating process, election process or board term limits or quorum requirements for member voting as set forth in these bylaws shall require the vote of the majority of the NSP active members voting thereon. Several of the bylaw sections, which were considered and unanimously approved by the board, fall within the scope of this section and, thus, must be voted on by the membership. These changes to the NSP Bylaws can be viewed on the NSP website at http://www.nsp.org.

Your vote must be cast by 11:59 EST, April 20, 2007.

If you have any problems or questions with regard to this voting process, please contact IVS Associates, Inc. by email at info@ivsassociates.com.
