NATIONAL SKI PATROL

Official NSP By-laws Ballot and Information

Dear NSP Member,

If you have already cast your ballot for the NSP bylaws vote, please disregard this reminder.

If you have not yet voted, this message is to remind you to do so. The ballots, both mail and electronic, must be received by NSP's voting company by 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 20, 2007.

Paragraph 13.1 of NSP's current bylaws set forth, in part, that any changes to the board nominating process, election process or board term limits or quorum requirements for member voting as set forth in these bylaws shall require the vote of the majority of the NSP active members voting thereon. Several of the bylaw sections, which were considered and unanimously approved by the board, fall within the scope of this section and, thus, must be voted on by the membership. These changes to the NSP Bylaws can be viewed on the NSP website at www.nsp.org.

If you have any problems or questions with regard to this voting process, go to http://www.nsp.org/1/nsp/home/IVS_FAQ_Bylaw.asp or please contact IVS Associates, Inc. by email at info@ivsassociates.com. If you prefer to receive a ballot by first class mail, rather than electronically voting online, please contact IVS at the above email address or by mail at:
