Coming Soon to a Mailbox Near You!
Soon you'll find an exciting new magazine muscling in among the bills and offers for air-duct cleaning that make their way to your mailbox. It's On Scene &trade: The Journal of Outdoor Emergency Care ®, a new publication the National Ski Patrol is unveiling to support the training needs of snowsports and mountain bike patrollers, river guides, search and rescue personnel, and others in the growing Outdoor Emergency Care community.
Within the pages of On Scene you'll find the Cycle A 2005 Refresher Study Guide that's such an integral part of upcoming OEC refreshers. (The Refresher Study Guide-as well as the Word version of scenario-based "You Are the Rescuer" questions for the refresher-are also posted in the Education/Outdoor Emergency Care section of the NSP website http://www.nsp.org.) Be on the lookout for On Scene in the coming weeks. Happy reading and refreshing!
