IMPORTANT NOTICE RE BALLOT FOR NSP BYLAW AMENDMENTS:

About a week ago you should have received an email on behalf of the
National Ski Patrol Board of Directors, the Division Directors and the
petitioners regarding the ballot for voting on proposed amendments to the
NSP Bylaws. The NSP Board of Directors, all Division Directors and the
representatives of the petitioners fully support the ballot proposals for
amending the NSP Bylaws.

If you received an email notification of the electronic ballot and have
not yet voted, please consider the issue and cast your vote YES (to
approve) or NO (not to approve) the proposed changes. You can do so by
going to the web site address your accompanying voter ID referenced at the
end of this e-mail.

If you have NOT received e-mail notification of the electronic ballot, you
may be receiving a written ballot which was mailed this past week.
However, you may also not have received the e-mail due to your e-mail
security settings. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER AND JUNK
BOX.

If you have any questions regarding your ballot or the voting process,
please contact IVS in writing via e-mail at info@ivsassociates.com to
request your Voter ID to vote on-line or to request a written ballot. You
may also contact IVS via fax at (302) 369-8486. You should provide IVS
with your full name, complete address, and e-mail address.

We recognize that some members have questions or require assistance
regarding ballot notification, casting a ballot, and voting confirmation.
