    Courage Center - Alpine Skiing Participating ski areas, such as Hyland, Welch Village, and Trollhaugen offer one-on-one instruction in stand-up skiing, sit-skiing, and bi-skiing. The Courage Alpine Ski Program needs volunteer help teaching adaptive skiing to youth and adults with physical disabilities.
