            Information Technology Systems & Services: Duluth, MN. 2004 – Present-Help Desk, Audio/Visual Technician, Lab Consultant: Assisting university students, staff and faculty with technology problems.  This includes software, hardware and networking troubleshooting via phone, email and in-person.  This required critical problem solving and customer service skills.
