I am a 4th year senior studying finance at the University of Minnesota Duluth, as well as a captain and fan. Besides earning my degree during my 4 years attending college in Duluth, I have also learned the culture and sport of rugby. In my final year I will captain the Duluth fighting penguins to earn a spot in the Midwest playoffs. People I meet notice my Irish Heritage by the red beard and freckles that have been passed down to me. I hope to some day travel to Ireland and play competitive rugby there. The Minnesota Twins have always been my favorite baseball team. I have liked them since they won the World Series in 1987, through the tough down years in the late 1990’s, and now when they have won the American league central 4 out of the last 5 years. With my finance degree I hope to join the Minnesota Twins corporate office and continue the great work they do.
