Class Presentations
Some of you have asked what should be in your presentation about your particular commodity.
1. Identify which minerals are mined for your element.
2. Where are these minerals found in nature?
3. How do we mine these minerals?
4. What are the world's reserves and production of this element?
5. Do you anticipate that we may run out of the element
6. What do we use this element for? Can we substitute something else for this element?
7. Others: Health issues, political issues, etc.
The presentation shouldn't take more than 12 minutes. If you need overhead transparencies made, get them to me a day before hand. If you want to use powerpoint, that would be fine. Email them to me the day before.
