| Objectives: | Strengthen jazz playing ability. This includes improvisation, jazz techniques, ensemble playing and performance practice. |
| Requirements: | Each student is expected to come to each rehearsal with assigned
parts learned.
Attendance is mandatory!! Each unexcused absence will result in a drop of a letter grade. A missed dress rehearsal or performance will result in an F for the semester and dismissal from the ensemble. Each student is responsible for one composition/arrangement for the
group. |
