2 CONT    the stork.  The next year Gertrude and her sister Marie were told

2 CONT    aunt Emma that they would menstrate but they were not told why.

2 CONT    later Leonard Dufresne, a cousin told Marie and Gertrude that baby
2 CONC animals
2 CONT    were in their mother's bellies before they were born.  And when
2 CONC ther were in
2 CONT    Cathederal High School in St.Paul they learned about sex from other

2 CONT    school(They were about 15 and 16 by that time).

2 CONT    Hank was a great sport hunter and fisherman.  He also was a sky

2 CONT    breaking his back in a fall off the Battle Creek Sky  Jump.  After

2 CONT    the contract Jean agreed to provide 15,000lbs of eel to Mr.Gautier

2 CONT    annual basis.  At the time eel was one of the principal foods of

2 CONT    colonists.  Jean Durand paired up with a Jean Drouard to fulfill

2 CONT    these too.  I searched  and found the name Durand in a number of

2 CONT    marriages and burials, in particular two deaths which could

2 CONT    ages have been brothers of your ancestor. Here are two exact
2 CONC copies. 'On this
2 CONT    day July 5, 1680, Nicolas Durnad died at the age of 39 and was
2 CONC buried in the
2 CONT    Cemetery here, the 6th of the month by the undersigned priest,
2 CONC (Gaultier,
2 CONT    Priest of Doeuil).'  and   'On this day, February 13, 1681, Louis
2 CONC Durand age
2 CONT    45 died and was buried by the undersigned priest, (Gaultier, Priest

2 CONT    Doeuil).' These records also indicated that Nicolas Durand and
2 CONC Ragegande
2 CONT    Beuray had a child, baptised Jehan on 11/22/1679.  His godparents
2 CONC were Jehan
2 CONT    Girault and Elizabeth Ray. There is speculation that Nicolas came
2 CONC to Quebec as
2 CONT    there are records of a Nicolas Durand in Quebec in 1672.
