Physical skill = accurate ski technique.

Skill coaching = providing verbal reinforcement or correction for appropriate/inappropriate ski techniques.

Outdoor leadership methods in this case means, risk management, group management, activity management, time management (15 minutes max. 10 min. is adequate), use of voice, use of activity to keeper skiers engaged, etc.

Site = place at Bagley best for your instruction—Think about the condition of the hill last week, perhaps not the best place for skill instruction!? It is your responsibility to find the best site, given the weather conditions, for your instruction.
