As the
Term Schedule
shows, there are 12
mandatory team meetings that will take place
in both lab and in-class settings.
The purpose of these meetings is to:
- Chart project progress
- Resolve outstanding issues
- Decide on the project's future direction
through the identification and assessment
of
action items, which are issues, problems, or objectives that
must be acted upon before the next meeting.
Each team will submit a
Team Meeting Progress Form at the
conclusion of each of their 12 mandatory team meetings.
It is expected that teams will also meet less formally outside of
scheduled class times as necessary to complete their projects.
