The raw RWIS data is continuously collected by the Mn/DOT's statewide RWIS server maintained by the Mn/DOT's Office of Maintenance (MN Statewide R/WIS) . A server at the Transportation Data Research Laboratory (TDRL) at UMD downloads this data from the Mn/DOT's export server and then daily archives the data. The publically available data is a zip compressed raw data provided throgh this web site. All data are ASCII text files with each field separated by a comma.
