The raw RWIS data is continuously collected by the statewide RWIS server managed by the Mn/DOT's Office of Maintenance (MN Statewide R/WIS) . The server at the Data Center of the Transportation Data Research Laboratory (TDRL) at UMD (University of Minnesota Duluth) downloads this data from the Mn/DOT's export server through network. The server at TDRL then daily archives this data using the Unified Transportation Sensor Data Format (UTSDF) and makes them available to public through Internet. This archived historic data is presently only available through TDRL.
