Summer Program 2009
The summer program is the heart of Upward Bound. It is a six week, residential, academic program held on college campus which is provided to your child free of charge. Students attend classes during the day and study English literature and composition, math, science, and Ojibwe language. Students stay in the dormatory and eat in the cafeteria. All UBVQ participants are expected to attend summer programs.
This year, the summer program will be held from June 15th until July 24th, 2009 on the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota. A Summer Program Preview is sent home explaining the program in more detail. Or you may click the Summer Preview button to download .pdf file.
Please feel free to call with any questions. We look forward to working with you and your student during the summer program!
