1: Go to USARugby.org, click on “Membership” in the side-bar, then follow the link… OR (from this site) 2: Right Click on -> Create/Renew Individual Membership and select “open link in new tab” or “open link in new window”. 3: Fill out required fields and select that you are either a new member or are re-registering. 4: Click “Continue”. If you are re-registering your name should come up, be sure it is you (check the dob or club details) and click on your name. 5: Read the waiver form (you should have insurance as a UMD student). 6: Click on the “print” option near the top left-hand side. 7: Check the boxes on the bottom of waiver and click “Accept”. 8: Fill in the required fields. 9: Select “Player”, pause; select “College”; type in “Duluth” and pause. Both “Duluth Rugby Football Club” & “Duluth Women’s Rugby Club” will appear, select the appropriate one and then click the “Add” button. 10: Click on “Check Out”. 11: Fill in credit/debit card info and click on “Check Out” (bottom right-hand corner). 12: Print out the waiver form, sign & date and turn it in to your club president.
