Pre-Law is a collection of resources
for UMD students who are interested in
becoming lawyers or who are applying to law
school.
While
there is no specific Pre-Law academic
major offered at UMD, there are several
courses offered that might help you to decide
whether the law is for you and that may help
to prepare you for law school.
In
addition to reviewing the information
provided on this website, you may also want
to contact some of the people at UMD who

Applying to law school need not be an onerous or intimidating affair.
The process is fairly straightforward, so long as you know what you're
doing. This website is designed to be an entryway to the most important
steps you'll need to take along the way.
