Prosper is a Ph.D candidate in the Water Resources Science program at the University of Minnesota. I entered the WRS program in fall 07. I have masters degrees from the University of Nottingham, England, and Wageningen University and Research Center, Netherlands. My undergraduate education was at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
