robotics volunteer event on March 7

Giving back through service is a fun and meaningful way to build bonds with other alumni and our community! On Saturday, March 7 from 12:00 - 5:00 PM, at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center, UMD alumni will volunteer to serve as safety attendants for the FIRST Upper Midwest Regional Robotics Tournament. Volunteers will assist with setup and tear down of components, directing traffic, and ensuring safety on the competition floor.

No experience is necessary to volunteer. Tournament staff will provide training at the start of your shift. Alumni Relations staff will provide pom-poms and other Bulldog swag to remind folks they are in Bulldog Country! Please wear Bulldog gear to represent UMD and help identify our group.
