Faculty/Staff Resources - Sexual Misconduct
Under the University of Minnesota Administrative Policy: Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Relationship Violence (Section III), all employees (with the exception of those that are confidential employees) are obligated to share reports of sexual misconduct with the Title IX Coordinator.
Who do I contact to make a report?
The UMD Equal Opportunity Associate receives reports of sexual misconduct involving members of the UMD community. Reports may be made in person (219 Darland Administration Building), via email to email@example.com, or through the UReport online form.
