Dr. Delgado holds a Ph.D. and Master of Arts in communication studies from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from San Jose State University. The executive vice chancellor for academic affairs serves as the chief academic officer and oversees areas such as academic departments, IT, enrollment, and research.
