Lyndsey Andersen M.Ed.
Lyndsey has worked in the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) International Programs & Services (IPS) since 2007 and oversees the daily operations of Study Abroad and manages the UMD short-term program portfolio. Lyndsey is involved with The Forum on Education Abroad, Diversity Abroad, and NAFSA: The Association of International Educators. She served as the Local Arrangements Chair for the NAFSA 2018 Region IV conference in Duluth.
Lyndsey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Journalism from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s degree in Education from UMD. She studied abroad in Alnwick, England. Upon graduation, she went on to work in England as the Assistant Director for the St. Cloud State University Alnwick, England study abroad program.
Lyndsey has been an active member of the UMD community as a former UMD Seminar instructor to first-year students and as an original member of the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Campus Climate Unit Change Team. Lyndsey is currently the Vice Chair for the Assessment Subcommittee of the Teaching and Learning Committee.
