Control, guidance, rules and regulations are the cornerstones of a civilized community. These components bring structure, coordinated organization, economic balance and safety to a community.

Essential Data:

Sources of funding, leadership, organizing structure.

 

Examples of Questions:   
  1. Who are the policy makers of the community?
  2. What are the "issues" in the community?
  3. How active are the members of the community in the decision processes?
