Anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antimicrobial, mildly sedative, musculotropic, deodorant.

Applications:

Gastrointestinal discomforts, children's sleep disorders, and stomach complaints. Topical preparations treat inflammations and cracked and sore skin.

Usage
For gastrointestinal spasm, inflammation: 2-3 g flowers in tea or 1-4 ml tincture, either given t.i.d. For respiratory inflammation: inhaled fumes from boiling flower heads (tea) as needed. Ointments applied according to manufacturer's instructions.
