Start out your semester with Calm. New location and times this semester!
Join us for brief relaxation sessions in the KSC 361! We will practice a different technique each week intended to help students actively de-stress.
Starting February 5th, sessions are offered on Tuesdays, 2-3pm, Wednesdays, 2-3pm, and Thursdays, 3-4pm.
Most sessions will last only 30 minutes. Just drop-in!
Tea and snacks will be available.
