Test coordinator checklist.

Pre-test.

• Plan the test.
• Work with the test designer/writer and CWC to design the test.
• Oversee the project and test team.
• Make sure that each test team member has a copy of the scenarios and any other materials needed for the test session.
• Make sure all the test team members have their check lists and are following them.

During the test.

• Manage any problems that arise.
• Observe and take notes, looking for the real problems, for the big picture of how the web site is doing.

Post-test.

• Make sure that someone is responsible for setting up for the next session.
• Lead a review session with the test team at the end of the day.
• Present findings to the CWC.
