Bath

A few hours after Stonehenge.....

Finally we got to Bath!

Once we got checked in at the Y.M.C.A. hostel, we went out to dinner (tea) at The Wife of Bath which had a great atmosphere in a basement at the Roman level!

The next day we firstly went to the Roman Baths and found out a ton about what the Romans did with it and how it was formed.

Then, (We were still at the Roman Baths.) we had a drink at the Pump Room of warm water.

Then we went out to lunch (dinner) at the Cafe D`e Mont`e. I had turkey dinosaurs.

Then we went back to the Y.M.C.A. hostel and played for a while.

Then we took a bus city tour. This person who would tell us about Bath kept telling us jokes too and you could reach out and touch branches that were going past because the bus was double-decker.

After the bus tour we went to the maze. It didn't have walls and it might sound easy, but it was so complicated that you couldn't look ahead and be accurate. I finished the maze.

Then we took a boat tour down the River Avon. We saw some ducks sleeping on the water. The driver had to be very careful in one place because the back was so close to the waterfall. If he had made one false move he, the boat, and us would have gone over the edge.

Then we went out to dinner (tea) at a restaurant. My little sister and I shared a pizza! (I like pizza!)

The next morning we went home to Birmingham. On the way we stopped at Avebury.
